Allday Education

Terms of Service

Effective July 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Allday Education (“we,” “us”) covering Allday Everyday Math and Andy (the “Services”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

The Services are paid subscriptions billed by Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout (weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on the plan). Plans that include a trial or introductory period state so at checkout; your payment method is charged automatically when that period ends unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder before it ends. Prices for new subscriptions may change; an active subscription keeps its price until you cancel or change plans.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from account settings, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Charges are otherwise non-refundable, but if something went wrong — a billing mistake, a double charge — email us and we’ll make it right.

Your account

Keep your login credentials private and the information on your account accurate. Accounts are personal: one person (or one teacher, for Andy) per account. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your login.

What you may do with our content

Lessons, videos, practice questions, and generated worksheets are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Students and parents may use them for personal study. Andy subscribers may print and distribute worksheets they generate to their own students (classes, tutoring, homeschool groups). You may not resell, redistribute at scale, scrape, or republish content from the Services, and you may not share paid content publicly.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the Services: no attempts to break or bypass security or subscription checks, no automated scraping or bulk downloading, no abusive content in chat, and no use of the AI tutor for anything other than learning. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI features

The AI tutor and Andy’s assistant generate responses automatically. We work hard to make them accurate, but AI output can contain mistakes — check important work, and let us know when something looks wrong so we can fix it.

Disclaimers and limits

The Services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific grades or test outcomes, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Services evolve; material changes will be announced by email or in-product and the date above updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: alldayeverydaymath@gmail.com.
