Effective August 26, 2026
This policy explains what information Allday Education (“we,” “us”) collects when you use Allday Everyday Math and Andy (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. Parents who pay for a student’s subscription provide their own contact and payment details.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers; we store only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.
Learning activity. We store lesson progress, practice results, XP, streaks, and similar data so the product can track your learning and show your progress.
AI tutor messages and attachments. Questions, images, and documents you send to the AI tutor (and worksheet requests in Andy) are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, and stored so your conversation history works. Don’t include sensitive personal information in chat messages or uploaded files.
Usage and device data. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and ad-click identifiers). This helps us measure marketing and improve the product.
To provide and improve the Services, process subscriptions, track learning progress, respond to support requests, send transactional emails and reminders (like notices before a trial or introductory period ends, and before yearly renewals), and measure marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Only service providers that run the product for us: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI responses), Resend (email), Google and Meta (analytics/advertising measurement). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
The Services are designed for middle and high school students. Users under 13 may only use the Services with a parent or guardian creating and managing the account. Parents can contact us at any time to review or delete their child’s information.
You can update account details in settings, cancel your subscription at any time, and unsubscribe from marketing messages via the link in any email. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us — we’ll respond within 30 days.
We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after deletion requests, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to what operating the Services requires.
If we make material changes to this policy we’ll update the date above and notify active subscribers by email. Questions or requests: alldayeverydaymath@gmail.com.
